Curated by Hannah Campbell, doula and coach for women, the Compass Retreats are a series of in-person coaching retreats designed to help you pause, reflect, reconnect and feel like yourself again.
Expect coaching, conversation, movement, creativity, good food, proper rest and the kind of space that feels thoughtful, personal and just a little bit special.
Each retreat is built around a theme: self-love, confidence, identity, rest, motherhood, power, purpose, pleasure or reconnection - and brings together coaching, creativity, movement, food, rest and honest conversation.
It’s not about becoming a completely different person in a day.
It’s about getting yourself back in the room.

A luxe, full-day self-love retreat designed to give you proper time for yourself.
Curated and guided by Hannah - doula and coach for women - this is a day to step out of the noise of everyday life and into a space that feels calm, relaxed and genuinely lovely to be in.
Across the day, you’ll be guided through a self-love workshop, gentle yoga, a creative activity session and a restorative sound bath, with time to reflect, chat, rest and reconnect with yourself.
You’ll be welcomed with breakfast, enjoy snacks and drinks throughout the day, sit down for lunch, and leave with an intentionally chosen gift to take home.
Come on your own for a day that is completely yours, or bring a friend and make it a special day together. You’ll leave feeling lighter, softer, more rested and more connected to yourself - with a reminder that your needs matter too.
Early bird tickets are £185, before increasing to £233. Spaces are intentionally limited and previous retreats have sold quickly, so booking early is recommended.

Meet YOUR HOST
I’m Hannah Campbell, a doula and coach for women.
My work is rooted in helping women come back to their own power, trust themselves more deeply and stop outsourcing their inner authority. I love attending retreats myself and holding space for others lights me up!
Whether I’m supporting women through birth, coaching, retreats or women’s spaces, my work always comes back to the same thing: helping women feel more connected to themselves, more confident in their choices and more able to move through life from their own inner knowing.
I created The Compass Retreat as an in-person extension of that work - a space where coaching, reflection, creativity, rest and connection come together in a way that feels warm, grounded and genuinely useful.

These events typically have a good mix of women who are alone, and who are with friends. The day is designed to feel relaxed, friendly and easy to settle into - no awkward standing around.
So it’s a perfect space to do something meaningful for yourself, or with a friend, sister, mum or someone you love.

The day is designed to be a great experience whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a fresh beginner. You don’t need to be flexible, experienced or super confident.

Breakfast, lunch and snacks are included in your ticket. The menu is designed to be nourishing and filling. We can accommodate for all dietary requirements (forms will be sent post-booking to share these).

Honestly whether you’re dripping in Adanola or wearing an old t-shirt - you’re welcome to come in something that keeps you feeling comfortable and that you can move in. Layers always recommended too as the body tends to cool during relaxation.

That’s completely normal. Lots of women feel a little nervous before coming to something like this, especially if they’re coming alone. You don’t need to arrive confident, chatty or perfectly put together - just come as you are.
